Mr. McElroy has been providing consulting services to financial institutions for more than 15 years. In 1989, he founded Biltmore Management Group, a full-service financial institution consulting firm. He sold the firm to Sheshunoff Management Services in 2003 and worked for Sheshunoff in various capacities after the sale. He most recently served as Managing Director of the firm’s national risk management consulting practice.
